Welcome to the official website of SevMyLook (hereinafter “the Site”). These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (GTCSU) govern the access, navigation and use of our site as well as all orders for products and services placed online. They constitute a contractual agreement between you (hereinafter “the User” or “the Customer”) and SevMyLook, a company founded by Séverine Formal, a recognized expert in the world of beauty.
By accessing, browsing or making a purchase from the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted, without limitation or qualification, these TOS, as well as any additional policies or terms indicated on the Site. If you do not agree to all of the GTCU, please do not use our Site or our services.
Please read these conditions carefully before using the Site or placing an order.

ARTICLE 2 – PURPOSE AND SCOPE
The purpose of these GCSU is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products and services marketed by SevMyLook via the Site. They apply to all Users, whether visitors, prospects or Customers.
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
1. have reached the legal age of majority in your country or jurisdiction of residence.
2.use the products and services offered in accordance with their intended purpose, whether as a consumer or a professional.
3.accept the present GTCU and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
3.1 Product descriptions and information
Product sheets include detailed descriptions, photos, technical or cosmetic characteristics, as well as prices and any promotions. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of this information. However, minor variations (notably in color, due to screen settings) may exist. Visuals are non-contractual.
3.2 Product availability
Some items, due to their exclusive nature or limited edition, may be available in restricted quantities. If a product is unavailable after you have placed your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will then be able to choose between a full refund, an exchange for a product of equivalent value, or a credit note for a future order.
ARTICLE 4 – RATES, TAXES AND PAYMENT
4.1 Prices
Prices are quoted in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes. Delivery charges, customs duties and any other local taxes are added when the order is validated, depending on the destination. The prices in force are those displayed at the time the order is placed. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time without notice, without retroactive effect on orders already validated.
4.2 Payment methods
We accept payment by :

Transactions are secured by encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) meeting international standards. Your bank details are not stored by SevMyLook.
4.3 Order validation
The order is considered firm and definitive once the confirmation e-mail containing the summary of items, the total amount paid and delivery information has been sent.
ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY
5.1 Delivery times and zones
We deliver internationally. Average delivery times are :
-Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 working days
-Europe: 5 to 10 working days
-Rest of the world: 7 to 15 working days
These times are indicative and may vary according to logistical and customs constraints or exceptional events (strikes, pandemics, extreme weather conditions).
5.2 Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated according to the weight, volume, value of the order and destination. The amount is clearly indicated before final validation of the order.
5.3 Order tracking
Each order shipped is accompanied by a tracking number, sent by e-mail, enabling you to follow the progress of the parcel in real time on the carrier’s website.
5.4 Receipt of order
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the condition of the packaging and products upon receipt. In the event of damage, missing or non-compliant products, it is advisable to contact our customer service department within 48 hours for a rapid resolution.
ARTICLE 6 – RETURNS, RETRACTIONS AND REFUNDS
6.1 Right of withdrawal
In accordance with legal provisions, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalties. To do so, please contact our customer service department at the e-mail address indicated on the Site.
6.2 Return conditions
Products must be returned :
-Unused, unworn and in their original packaging,
-Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation e-mail).
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (opened cosmetics, unsealed erotic boxes). Returns are at your expense, except in the case of non-conforming or defective products.
6.3 Refunds
Refunds are made within 7 to 14 working days of receipt and inspection of the products. The method of refund is the same as that used for the initial payment.
ARTICLE 7 – LEGAL WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
7.1 Legal warranties
Our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code and articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code. In the event of a proven defect, you may request replacement or reimbursement of the product.
7.2 Limitation of liability
SevMyLook makes every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, we cannot be held responsible for :
-Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from the use of the Site,
-Temporary inability to access the Site,
-Failure to adapt the product to the customer’s specific needs.
Our obligations are limited to the delivery of products ordered and conforming to the description. Advice, recommendations or information provided on the Site do not replace the advice of a health, beauty or sports professional, where necessary.
ARTICLE 8 – USER ACCOUNT
8.1 Creating an account
Users may create a personal account to facilitate their purchases. They undertake to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, and to maintain the confidentiality of their access identifiers.
8.2 Account suspension or deletion
SevMyLook reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of non-compliance with the GTCU, fraudulent or illicit activities.
ARTICLE 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Site content (text, images, videos, logos, trademarks, design, graphic charter) is the exclusive property of SevMyLook or its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, distribution, transmission or exploitation, even partial, is strictly forbidden without the prior authorization of SevMyLook.
ARTICLE 10 – PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND COOKIES
10.1 Data collection and processing
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national laws. They are used to process your orders, send promotional offers or information, and improve your user experience.

ARTICLE 12 – FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party may be held liable for failure to meet its contractual obligations in the event of force majeure, including natural disasters, terrorist acts, armed conflicts, fires, floods, strikes, computer breakdowns, pandemics or government restrictions. In the event of force majeure, the obligations concerned will be suspended for the duration of the event.
ARTICLE 13 – MODIFICATIONS TO THE GSVP
SevMyLook reserves the right to modify these GTCU at any time to adapt them to legislative, technological or commercial developments. Modifications will take effect as soon as they are published on the Site. The User is invited to consult the GCUU regularly. Use of the Site after modification implies acceptance of the new conditions.
ARTICLE 14 – APPLICABLE LAW AND SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
These GCU are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the dispute will be referred to the competent French courts.
The consumer User may also have recourse to a consumer mediator, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
