Refund policy

The present Return, Exchange and Refund Policy (hereinafter “the Return Policy”) defines the terms and conditions applicable to any return of product(s) purchased on our SevMyLook website. It supplements our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use and complies with French and European legislation, in particular the French Consumer Code.

1. Right of withdrawal

1.1 Statutory withdrawal period

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or pay any penalties.

1.2 Operating conditions

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can: → Send us an e-mail to contact@sevmylookglow.com, clearly indicating your wish to withdraw, your order number, your contact details and the products concerned
→ Use the withdrawal form available on our site, if applicable

1.3 Effects of withdrawal

Once your retraction request has been received and validated, you have fourteen (14) additional days to return the products concerned. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us (unless explicitly stated otherwise on our website or in a special commercial agreement).

2. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with legal provisions, certain products may not be subject to the right of withdrawal, in particular: → Sealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection, if the seal has been broken (e.g. open cosmetics, intimate products)
→ Customized products, made to your specifications or clearly personalized, cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, except in the case of a proven defect or non-conformity.

3. General Return Conditions

3.1 Product status

To be eligible for a return, products must be: → Unused, unworn and in their original condition
→ Accompanied by their undamaged original packaging, all accessories, instructions, labels and proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation e-mail)

3.2 Verification and validation

On receipt of the returned products, our quality department will carry out a check to ensure that they comply with the above conditions. If the condition of the product does not allow a refund or exchange (traces of use, damaged packaging, incomplete product), we will inform you.

4. Return procedure

4.1 Preliminary steps

Please contact our customer service department via contact@sevmylookglow.com before returning any goods . We will guide you through the procedure and, if necessary, provide you with the return address.

4.2 Return shipping costs

Except in the event of an error on our part (non-conforming or defective product, shipping error), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend tracking and insurance to prevent loss or damage in transit.

5. Exchanges

5.1 Availability of replacement products

If you wish to exchange a product (for example, for another size or color), this is only possible if the desired product is available in stock. If not, a refund or credit note may be offered.

5.2 Processing time

Exchanges are processed within 7 to 14 working days of receipt and verification of returned products.

6. Refunds

6.1 Method of reimbursement

The refund will be made by the same means of payment as the one used for the initial purchase, unless you explicitly agree otherwise. The amount refunded will correspond to the purchase price of the returned product(s), excluding initial delivery costs (unless the return is due to an error on our part).

6.2 Repayment period

Refunds are generally processed within 7 to 14 working days of receipt and validation of the return. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the refund has been processed.

7. Defective or non-conforming products

7.1 Recording and reporting

If you notice a defect, a non-conformity or an error in the preparation of your order (e.g. damaged product or different from the one ordered), please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, providing photos and a description of the problem.

7.2 Costs and proposed solutions

In the event of proven non-conformity, the cost of returning the product will be at our expense and we will offer, according to your choice: → Replacement of the product with a compliant item
→ A full refund of the amount of the product concerned
→ A credit note to be used on a future order

9. Applicable Law and Claims

These provisions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred before any legal action. The consumer may also have recourse to a consumer mediator, in accordance with the legal provisions in force.
