What are the costs and delivery times?

Delivery times vary according to basket value, address and delivery method. During sales and promotions, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.

The delivery times indicated are those once the parcel has been dropped off at the post office. Manufacturing time varies from 1 to 3 working days depending on the model.

Delivery rules and restrictions

• Orders are dispatched on working days only. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays.
• Due to logistical difficulties in delivering to certain remote areas, we reserve the right to cancel your order and subject such orders to additional terms and conditions (e.g. minimum order value). In the event of cancellation or difficulties in processing your order, you will receive notification shortly after the problem has been identified.
