Standard Colissimo delivery is free for France for orders over 200 euros. In this case, delivery charges will appear at zero at checkout. This offer is subject to change without notice. Your order will be dispatched according to the manufacturing or customization time indicated on each product sheet:

– 40 working days for custom-made wigs (delivery on average within 45 days of order confirmation); – 3 days for in-stock wigs (delivery on average within 5 days of order confirmation). Your parcel will be sent by Colissimo Recommandé with tracking and integrated insurance. The tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail, enabling you to check the status of your parcel online. Please allow 2 to 3 working days for delivery in France, 5 to 7 days in Europe and 7 to 10 days internationally. The parcel will be personally delivered to you against signature. If you’re not at home, it can be left at your post office. You can pick it up on presentation of the post office notice and your ID. Your parcel will be sent to the address you have given us. Please give us all the necessary details (floor, door, etc.) and check them carefully. In the event of an error in the address or failure to arrive at the post office within 15 days, the parcel will be returned to us. We will inform you and await your instructions for a new shipment at your expense. Delivery time Colissimo France: 2 to 3 working days. Delivery time Colissimo International Europe: 5 to 7 working days. Delivery time Colissimo International Overseas and Worldwide: 7 to 10 working days.

Responsibilities

Once the item has been entrusted to the post office with the tracking number, it is the responsibility of the courier. The delivery time is relative to the time indicated by the postal services. Kingdomofbeauty cannot be held responsible for delays or losses by La Poste. In the event of loss of or damage to the parcel, please notify us by e-mail and immediately contact the services responsible: Colissimo Recommandé, Colissimo International and Colissimo Outre-Mer (Standard shipment with insurance).

Customs duties on non-EU deliveries

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs or import taxes may be applied and added to the price of our articles. These taxes are payable by the customer. It is therefore the customer’s responsibility to check with his local customs office before placing an order.
